- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the HR department.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to employment laws and regulations and communicate any updates to the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Advise on employee relations and HR issues, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee grievances.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on employment law and HR best practices.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.
- Review and revise employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to handle complex employment law matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employment law and HR-related activities.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on employment law and HR-related matters.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to employment law and HR.
- Assist with the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Participate in HR and employment law conferences and workshops to stay current on industry developments.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employment Law And Hr Consulting, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Advice And Solutions To Complex Hr And Employment Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Clients.
