  1. Assist with the implementation and execution of digital transformation initiatives within NatWest Group.
  2. Research and analyze emerging digital trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  4. Support the development of digital strategies and roadmaps to guide the organization towards its digital transformation goals.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and differentiation.
  6. Aid in the testing and evaluation of new digital tools and processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  7. Act as a liaison between the digital transformation team and other departments, providing updates, insights, and support as needed.
  8. Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials to educate employees on new digital tools and processes.
  9. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, identifying any issues or roadblocks and proposing solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall success of the digital transformation team.
