Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Channels Scrum Master to join the NatWest Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and facilitating agile development projects within the Digital Channels team. You will also be expected to ensure that projects are completed according to the project plan and in a timely manner.To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of leading and managing agile teams, as well as a deep understanding of software development processes. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Compensation
