Job Description

At NatWest Group, we are looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to join our Data & Analytics team as an Intern. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, with strong problem solving and analytical skills. This role will be an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, while developing skills in data analysis and analytics.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, mathematics, economics, finance, or statistics. They should also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relevant software. The successful candidate will also have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone who is passionate about data & analytics and excited to contribute to our team. This is a great opportunity for a creative individual to join a growing team and be part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing skills in data analysis and analytics.
  2. Utilizing Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other relevant software to analyze data.
  3. Organizing data and maintaining accurate records.
  4. Generating reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  5. Assisting with the development of new models and tools to improve data accuracy and performance.
  6. Working independently and in collaboration with the Data & Analytics team to deliver projects.
  7. Developing creative solutions to optimize data management.
  8. Staying current on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Participating in industry events and conferences.
