
Customer Strategy Manager
We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to join our team at NatWest Group! Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a customer-focused strategy across NatWest Group’s range of products and services.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer service objectives are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service best practices are being met.
- Monitor customer service trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide reports and feedback to senior management on customer satisfaction and customer service issues.
- Develop and execute customer service initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Train and mentor customer service personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
