Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to join our team at NatWest Group! In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping us to create and implement a customer-focused strategy across our range of products and services.The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of customer service best practices, the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, and a passion for driving customer satisfaction.If you’re an innovative thinker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement a customer-focused strategy across NatWest Group’s range of products and services.
  2. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer service objectives are met.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service best practices are being met.
  5. Monitor customer service trends and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Provide reports and feedback to senior management on customer satisfaction and customer service issues.
  7. Develop and execute customer service initiatives to improve customer experience.
  8. Train and mentor customer service personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Customer Strategy Manager in Edinburgh, UK is £60,000 to £90,000 per annum. This range includes salary and bonus potential for the position.
