Job Description

As the Customer Strategy Manager at NatWest Group, you will be at the forefront of driving the customer experience revolution. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and optimization of customer strategies. You will be expected to develop and deliver customer-focused strategies with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of customer trends, consumer behavior and customer segmentation. You should have an understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and be able to use data analytics to develop insights that drive customer strategies. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of customer strategies • Utilize data analytics to develop insights that drive customer strategies • Monitor customer trends and consumer behavior, and use this information to inform customer-focused strategies • Analyze customer segmentation and develop targeted strategies for each segment • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders • Deliver an outstanding customer experience • Continuously review processes and implement improvements where necessary
