As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing and interpreting customer data from various sources to provide insight and actionable recommendations that will help improve the customer experience.The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, economics, or statistics, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You should also have a strong aptitude for data analysis, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
