Job Description

At NatWest Group, we are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Insight Analyst to join our team. We are seeking a pro-active individual who is passionate about making a real difference to the customer experience.We are looking for a candidate who has a good knowledge of market research and analytics, as well as strong business acumen. As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing and interpreting customer data from various sources to provide insight and actionable recommendations that will help improve the customer experience.The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, economics, or statistics, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You should also have a strong aptitude for data analysis, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should be an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research and analyze customer data from various sources.
  2. Interpret customer data and provide insight and actionable recommendations.
  3. Develop strategies to improve the customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on customer insights.
  8. Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in customer experience.
  9. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
  10. Provide training and support to staff on customer experience topics.
