  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies and policies for the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit risk metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  3. Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures.
  4. Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment of credit strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit risk management to continuously improve the organization's processes.
  6. Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in credit operations and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  7. Lead and manage a team of credit risk analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement credit products and services that align with the organization's risk appetite.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit risk management.
  10. Drive a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the organization.
  11. Represent the organization in external meetings and events related to credit risk management.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of credit risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Collaborate with data analysts to gather and analyze data to inform credit risk management decisions.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as credit rating agencies and industry associations.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk management and provide training and support to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Credit Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Policies, Procedures, And Regulations.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Credit Risk Strategies And Controls.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data To Stakeholders.
