  1. Develop and implement credit risk management strategies in alignment with NatWest Group's overall risk management framework.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit risk across the organization, identifying potential areas of concern and developing solutions to mitigate risk.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure credit risk management strategies are effectively integrated into overall business operations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to credit risk management, and make recommendations for adapting the organization's strategies and processes accordingly.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing credit risk management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  6. Lead and manage a team of credit risk professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage credit risk.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay informed about emerging best practices in credit risk management.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns and trends in credit risk, and use this information to inform decision-making and develop new risk management strategies.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders, providing updates on credit risk management strategies, key metrics, and potential areas of concern.
  10. Foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability across the organization by promoting best practices and providing training and support to employees on credit risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Credit Risk Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Credit Risk Strategies To Optimize Portfolio Performance.
