The successful candidate will be a highly organized and creative professional with deep knowledge of the compliance landscape. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your tactical and strategic compliance skills to help NatWest Group maintain its status as a trusted banking institution.To be successful in this role, you must have great problem-solving skills, an in-depth knowledge of the compliance domain, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures for NatWest Group.
- Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews and audits.
- Train and educate NatWest Group employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external parties.
- Address any compliance-related issues or queries.
- Prepare and provide reports to the relevant parties.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Assist with any other compliance-related tasks as required.
