  1. Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of business processes, systems, and procedures to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  2. Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  3. Work closely with various teams to communicate compliance requirements and ensure implementation of compliance measures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes to ensure NatWest Group remains compliant.
  5. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance measures are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance regulations and best practices.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
  10. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential compliance issues and propose solutions.
  11. Communicate with external regulatory bodies and respond to any inquiries or requests.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance regulations and provide guidance to team members.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all compliance-related activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Compliance Or Risk Management Role Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including But Not Limited To Aml, Kyc, And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Proven Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments And Developing Compliance Strategies And Procedures.
