- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Shadow and assist experienced relationship managers in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support relationship managers in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
- Learn and understand the financial products and services offered by NatWest Group to effectively assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank, such as credit, risk, and operations, to ensure smooth and timely execution of client requests.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, financial reports, and other materials as needed.
- Attend client meetings and participate in discussions to gain a deeper understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and activities.
