Responsibilities:

  5. Manage projects to ensure timely completion.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
  7. Analyse market trends and identify potential opportunities.
  8. Prepare and present reports on business performance.
  9. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence.
  10. Manage budgets and suggest cost-saving measures.
