Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Business Banking Scrum team.
2. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Monitor sprint progress and ensure the successful delivery of Business Banking products and services.
4. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that all Business Banking requirements are met.
5. Help the team identify and resolve any issues.
6. Coach team members in Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
7. Assist with product demos to stakeholders.
8. Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
9. Support the development of Business Banking strategies and initiatives.
10. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions.
