
Sr. Technical Support Engineer
We are excited to announce an opening for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at National Instruments. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and energetic individual to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams to promote the use of National Instruments' products. This individual will have a passion for problem solving, exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate an aptitude for learning.To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5 or more years of experience in technical support, customer service, or application engineering. Experience in software development, hardware design, and experience with National Instruments products are also desirable. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for technical support in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams in the use of National Instruments products.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer issues and resolutions in the company’s support database.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of National Instruments products and services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Provide feedback to product teams regarding customer needs and usage trends.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Assist with product demonstrations and presentations.
