Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Technician to join our team. As a Senior Hardware Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and maintenance of our cutting-edge hardware products. If you have a background in electrical engineering, a knack for troubleshooting, and a desire to constantly learn and improve, we want to hear from you.

  1. Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the quality and functionality of our hardware products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues reported by customers or identified during testing.
  3. Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop new hardware products and improve existing ones.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry advancements to inform hardware design and development.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing results and hardware specifications.
  6. Train and mentor junior hardware technicians to ensure efficient and effective work.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve product performance and reliability.
  8. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  10. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  12. Attend training sessions and conferences to stay current on new technologies and advancements in the field.
  13. Work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues.
  15. Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hardware Troubleshooting And Repair In A Technical Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Computer Hardware Components, Including Processors, Memory, Storage Devices, And Peripherals.

  • Proficient In Reading And Interpreting Technical Schematics And Diagrams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electronic Principles And Ability To Use Specialized Tools And Equipment For Diagnostic Testing.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently To Identify And Resolve Complex Hardware Issues.
