Payroll Analyst
Importing and entering all new hire information, employee changes, terminations, direct deposit information, W-4, court order information, ESPP and 401k deductions. Processes and verifies their segments for the semi-monthly payroll for 850 US employees. Maintaining multi-state reports and VISA issues. Process an accurate payroll while working with the team to drive innovation, optimization, and compliance. Prepare payroll reports for management and third-party vendors. Review and post payroll data to our general ledger. Assist with quarterly workers comp tax filings. Support as back-up to some of our LATAM countries payrolls and our US Timeclock program.
3-4 years of recent payroll experience is preferred
Payroll processing experience in other LATAM countries preferred
Recent experience with ADP and Time Clock program preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred, not required
