HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to employees and potential hires
• Manage HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
• Ensure an optimal employee experience and maintain high standards of employee engagement
• Monitor and evaluate HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Remain up-to-date on changing regulations and compliance standards
• Proactively work to create a positive work environment
• Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related topics
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee data
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
