Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and potential hires
- Manage HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Ensure an optimal employee experience and maintain high standards of employee engagement
- Monitor and evaluate HR best practices, policies, and procedures
- Remain up-to-date on changing regulations and compliance standards
- Proactively work to create a positive work environment
- Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related topics
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of employee data
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner
