- Lead the digitization efforts of our manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digitization strategy for our factories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Monitor and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Introduce new technologies and tools to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of digitization projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with digitization standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on digitization tools and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digitization to continuously improve our processes.
- Communicate progress and results of digitization initiatives to upper management and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities in digitization.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digitization efforts across the organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digitization efforts.
- Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the digitization process.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Factory Automation And Digitization.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.
Strong Understanding Of Industrial Communication Protocols, Such As Opc Ua And Modbus.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
