  1. Lead the digitization efforts of our manufacturing processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive digitization strategy for our factories.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
  4. Monitor and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Introduce new technologies and tools to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
  6. Manage and oversee the implementation of digitization projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with digitization standards and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Train and mentor team members on digitization tools and processes.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digitization to continuously improve our processes.
  10. Communicate progress and results of digitization initiatives to upper management and key stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities in digitization.
  12. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of digitization efforts across the organization.
  13. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digitization efforts.
  14. Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks that may arise during the digitization process.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Factory Automation And Digitization.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industrial Communication Protocols, Such As Opc Ua And Modbus.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
