  1. Develop and design engineering programs for clients that align with their needs and goals.

  4. Create and implement program timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  5. Identify and mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may arise during program development and execution.

  8. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering program management to continuously improve program offerings.
  11. Mentor and train team members on program management processes and techniques.
  12. Represent National Instruments as a thought leader in engineering program management at industry events and conferences.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Engineering Principles And Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Disciplines Such As Electrical, Mechanical, And Software Engineering. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.
