Contracts Administration Manager

Serve as the trusted adviser to Americas Sales leadership (RVP, RSDs, RSMs) across channels on all deal related matters, advise the team on alternative contract options, and/or value propositioning to help drive deal closure to achieve NI business goals. Own and lead our partnership on prioritized non-standard deal requests, structuring sophisticated deals, driving cross-functional and cross solution teamwork and ensure the right balance of risk for NI. Solution and implement effective pricing strategies on a deal by deal basis exclusive to the unique attributes of the customer / deal by working closely with pricing, BUs, product management, sales, finance and others including shepherding pricing recommendations through final executive approval. Oversee contract creation, structuring and performance management processes with our customers, ensure we achieve appropriate approvals and drive compliance with published sales and business policies.
