The Content Curator position is responsible for developing the content strategy, enforcing content maintenance and lifecycle processes, and driving key content initiatives that will impact customer success. Responsible for the technical content portfolio for DAQ and Embedded products, making sure we have the correct content for customer success, and the most impactful content is highly findable. Uses a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to identify high impact opportunities for improvement across all content types. Assists the global KCS Coaching team to improve KB content quality and effectiveness. Implements, enforces & evangelizes content standards and monitors SLAs. Identifies and implements innovative strategies for content reuse across the organization avoiding content duplication within organizational silos.
