  1. Develop and maintain software solutions for precise and accurate calibration of measurement and control systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient and effective calibration software.
  3. Write code in various programming languages, including C++, Java, and Python, to create calibration software solutions.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure high-quality and reliable performance.
  5. Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in calibration technology and software development.
  6. Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of calibration software with National Instruments' products.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development and implementation of calibration software.
  8. Document all software development processes and maintain accurate records for future reference.
  9. Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of calibration software.
  10. Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to understand customer needs and incorporate them into the development of new software features.
  11. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all software development processes.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing calibration software to enhance user experience and meet customer expectations.
  13. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks in software development processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Calibration Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Labview, C++, And Python.

  • Knowledge Of Calibration Standards And Procedures, Including Iso 17025 And Nist Traceability.

  • Experience With Developing Automated Calibration Processes And Designing Software Applications For Calibration Equipment.
