- Develop and implement strategic plans for the OEM division to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OEM market, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify potential areas for growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure successful execution of business plans and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for business growth.
- Continuously monitor and report on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to inform business strategies and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate potential leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations in all business activities.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Oem Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Sales Strategies, Marketing Techniques, And Business Development.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team.
Knowledge Of Oem Industry Regulations, Standards, And Market Trends.
