  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs for our provider-facing products.
  2. Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
  4. Use design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and improve the usability of our products.
  5. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes and deliver high-quality designs.
  7. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  8. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design work.
  9. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  10. Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  11. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  12. Proactively identify and address any usability issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Stay organized and maintain proper documentation of design processes and assets.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the user experience of our products.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working with team members to achieve common goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Biotech Setting.

  • Proficient In User Research Methodologies, Such As Usability Testing And Surveys, To Gather Insights And Inform Design Decisions.

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing User-Centered Design Process, Including Wireframes, Prototypes, And Final Designs.

  • Familiarity With Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, Or Adobe Creative Suite, As Well As Prototyping Tools Like Invision Or Marvel.
