  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and expand Natera's presence in the women's health market.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and other stakeholders in the women's health industry.
  4. Communicate the value of Natera's products and services to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  5. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success in the market.
  7. Utilize sales data and performance metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
  8. Develop and deliver effective presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  9. Work closely with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  10. Represent Natera at industry conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales budgets and targets.
  12. Maintain thorough knowledge of Natera's products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively sell and position the company in the market.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Natera and uphold the company's values and mission in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Biology, Genetics, Or Healthcare Administration)

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Women's Health

  • Strong Understanding Of The Women's Health Market And Trends, Including Knowledge Of Key Stakeholders And Competition

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Ability To Analyze Data And Develop Strategic Plans To Drive Growth In Assigned Territory.
