  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pathology support team.
  2. Set goals and provide direction to the team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  3. Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely results.
  4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the pathology support team.
  5. Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Ascp Or Other Relevant Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Regulations And Quality Control Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills.
