- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth for the company.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and development.
- Monitor and track team performance metrics, including sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and take necessary actions to address any issues.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach.
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to be successful.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies and keep the team informed.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inside Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Biotech Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Prior Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Effectively Communicate With Internal Teams
