- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the women's health space.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Understand and communicate the value and benefits of Natera's products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for growth.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform strategic account planning.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing timely and accurate updates on account activities and needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and interactions in CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Natera's products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and presentations tailored to specific accounts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account progress to senior management.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges with key accounts.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline account management processes.
- Embody Natera's mission and values in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Biotech Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Accounts, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Account Plans.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Customer Needs And Challenges.
