Conduct cutting-edge research in the field of genetics to develop innovative technologies and products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings.
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
Design and optimize molecular biology assays and protocols.
Stay informed on the latest advancements and trends in genetics and molecular biology.
Train and mentor junior scientists on laboratory techniques and procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Communicate research findings and progress to internal and external stakeholders through presentations and publications.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to identify and evaluate new technologies.
Participate in the development and evaluation of new assays and products.
Contribute to the development and improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment.
Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to share ideas and insights.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Molecular Biology, Genetics, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Research And Development In The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Background In Developing And Optimizing Laboratory Protocols And Procedures.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Projects, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Track Record Of Contributing To Scientific Publications And Patents.
