  1. Conduct statistical analysis and validate data to support the development and improvement of Natera's genetic testing and diagnostics products.
  2. Utilize expertise in biostatistics to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements and optimizations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, research and development, and clinical teams to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
  4. Develop and implement statistical methodologies and procedures for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for statistical analysis and validation.
  6. Communicate statistical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in biostatistics and apply new techniques and technologies to improve processes and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior biostatisticians in statistical analysis and validation techniques.
  9. Take ownership of multiple projects and manage timelines to meet project goals and deadlines.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of Natera's analytical validation processes and protocols.
  11. Continuously monitor and analyze data quality and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Ensure confidentiality and security of all data and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
  13. Represent Natera at scientific conferences and events, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and research.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research initiatives and projects.
  15. Participate in the development and review of scientific publications, presentations, and other relevant materials.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Or Ph.d. In Biostatistics Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Company

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Software Packages (E.g. Sas, R)

  • Experience In Analytical Validation Of Diagnostic Assays And/Or Clinical Trials

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
