We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Supervisor to join our team as we expand our services in the Midwest Region. As a Sr Supervisor for our PSC/IOP (Phlebotomy) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our phlebotomy services and providing exceptional patient care.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the PSC/IOP (Phlebotomy) team in the Midwest Region.
  2. Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of phlebotomy services, including specimen collection, processing, and transportation.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and productivity of the PSC/IOP team.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise the phlebotomy staff to ensure they are providing exceptional patient care.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels at all times.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services and timely delivery of test results.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in phlebotomy techniques, and implement best practices in the PSC/IOP team.
  8. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA.
  9. Handle any patient or client complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Prepare and analyze reports on PSC/IOP team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  11. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new phlebotomy staff.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations for the phlebotomy team and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  13. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote and expand phlebotomy services in the Midwest Region.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
  15. Represent Natera at industry conferences and events to promote our phlebotomy services and enhance our brand reputation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, Or Nursing)

  • Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician Or Medical Laboratory Scientist

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Phlebotomy Or Laboratory Management

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team Of Phlebotomists Or Laboratory Technicians

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Laboratory Procedures And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Clia Standards
