  1. Lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of Natera's women's health software products.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the women's health industry.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  4. Define product vision, goals, and milestones in alignment with Natera's overall business objectives.
  5. Create and manage product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  6. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
  7. Communicate product plans, progress, and updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  8. Ensure timely and successful launch of new products by coordinating with all departments involved.
  9. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in women's health and incorporate them into product strategy.
  11. Mentor and guide junior product managers and cross-functional team members.
  12. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  13. Manage product budgets and resources effectively to deliver products on time and within budget.
  14. Continuously gather feedback from customers and incorporate it into product development and improvement.
  15. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all product development and launch activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
