- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the transformation of clinic billing processes and systems.
- Lead and manage the Clinic Billing Transformation team, including setting goals, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of clinic billing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of clinic billing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze clinic billing data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to clinic billing and make recommendations for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and insurance companies, to ensure smooth and timely billing processes.
- Communicate progress and results of clinic billing transformation initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage program budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Natera’s products and services and provide support and guidance to the team as needed.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Ensure all clinic billing processes are in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to support their growth and success.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the Clinic Billing Transformation team.
Extensive Experience In Clinic Billing: A Sr. Program Manager At Natera Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Clinic Billing Processes And Systems. They Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Clinic Billing Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Project Management Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale, Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion. They Should Be Skilled In Project Planning, Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Sr. Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Project Managers And Cross-Functional Stakeholders. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Foster Collaboration, And Drive Results.
