Develop and execute strategic plans for the development and launch of Conversational AI & Voice Automation products at Natera.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to drive product development and ensure successful product launches.
Own the product roadmap for Conversational AI & Voice Automation products, and prioritize features and enhancements based on business objectives and customer feedback.
Define and track key performance metrics for the products, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the fields of Conversational AI and Voice Automation, and leverage this knowledge to continuously innovate and improve Natera’s products.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives adoption.
Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulations.
Represent Natera and its products at industry conferences and events, and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.
Communicate product updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders, and provide regular reports on product performance and key metrics.
Act as a key spokesperson for Natera’s Conversational AI & Voice Automation products, and effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Sr Product Manager, Conversational Ai & Voice Automation At Natera Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Products In The Technology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Conversational Ai And Voice Automation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Trends And Technologies In Conversational Ai And Voice Automation, Including Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, And Machine Learning.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Product Manager, This Role Will Require The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including Communication, Decision-Making, And Problem-Solving, Are Essential.
Data-Driven Mindset: Natera Is A Data-Driven Company, And The Sr Product Manager, Conversational Ai & Voice Automation Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Product Performance.
Domain Knowledge In Healthcare: Natera Is A Leading Genetics Testing Company, And A Candidate With Prior Experience Or Knowledge In The Healthcare Industry Would Be Preferred. This Includes An Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And The Ability To Work With Sensitive Patient Data.
