Certified Phlebotomy Technician: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Current Certification As A Phlebotomy Technician From A Recognized Organization, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Proper Blood Collection Procedures And Techniques.
Minimum 5 Years Of Phlebotomy Experience: The Sr Phlebotomist Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Venipuncture And Capillary Collection Techniques.
