- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the Lab Operations team, with a focus on Lean methodologies.
- Lead and manage a team of Lean experts to drive efficiency and excellence in laboratory processes.
- Conduct regular assessments of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze data and metrics to track progress and measure the impact of Lean initiatives.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all team members are knowledgeable and skilled in Lean methodologies.
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and events to engage team members and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and quality.
- Communicate progress and results of Lean initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean methodologies and make recommendations for process improvements based on these insights.
