Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support company growth and success.
Develop financial models and forecasts to inform strategic decision making.
Analyze and report on financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial reporting.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth through financial analysis.
Stay up-to-date on industry and market trends to inform financial recommendations.
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, and provide explanations for variances.
Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial analysis and reporting.
Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and projects.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
Mentor and train junior financial analysts.
Adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Biotechnology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles And Accounting Standards.
Proficient In Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
