  1. Develop and execute the overall oncology lymphoma strategy for Natera.
  2. Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of the strategy.
  3. Utilize expertise in oncology and lymphoma to guide decision making and drive successful outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in oncology and lymphoma and incorporate them into the company's strategy.
  6. Drive the development and implementation of clinical trials for oncology lymphoma products.
  7. Oversee the analysis and interpretation of data from clinical trials and make recommendations for future direction.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for all oncology lymphoma products.
  9. Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment to promote innovation and drive results.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners, to provide updates on the progress of the oncology lymphoma strategy.
  11. Monitor and manage the budget for oncology lymphoma initiatives.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the field of oncology and lymphoma.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Natera and promote the company's oncology lymphoma strategy.
  14. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the field of oncology and lymphoma.
  15. Ensure the timely and successful launch of new oncology lymphoma products.
  16. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Life Sciences: A Sr. Director Of Oncology Lymphoma At Natera Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Life Sciences, Such As A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Philosophy (Phd). This Qualification Ensures A Thorough Understanding Of The Scientific And Medical Aspects Of Oncology Lymphoma.

  • Extensive Experience In Oncology Lymphoma: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Oncology Lymphoma, With A Strong Background In Clinical Development And/Or Medical Affairs. This Experience Should Include A Deep Understanding Of The Disease And Its Treatment Landscape, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Success In This Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Sr. Director At Natera, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Professionals In The Development And Execution Of Clinical Trials And Medical Strategies For Oncology Lymphoma. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire A Team, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Sr. Director Of Oncology Lymphoma Will Be Required To Collaborate With Various Departments And External Stakeholders, Including Clinical Trial Investigators, Key Opinion Leaders, And Regulatory Agencies. As Such, Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Necessary For Success In This Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: Natera Is A Highly Regulated Company, And The Sr. Director Of Oncology Lymphoma Must Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Fda And Ema Guidelines For Clinical Trials And The Ability To Ensure Compliance With All Applicable Regulations.
