We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director of GI Oncology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of scientists and researchers in the development and execution of innovative genomic testing solutions for gastrointestinal cancers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our GI Oncology division.   1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the GI Oncology division in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of scientists and researchers, providing guidance, mentorship and support to drive their professional growth and development.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of innovative genomic testing solutions for gastrointestinal cancers, ensuring they meet regulatory and quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects and initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new technologies in the field of GI Oncology to inform decision making and drive innovation.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support the company's mission and vision.
  7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting and commercializing GI Oncology products.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the development and commercialization of products.
  10. Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and build brand awareness.
  11. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement within the GI Oncology team and across the organization.
  12. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation to support the achievement of divisional goals and objectives.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues across the company on matters related to GI Oncology.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  15. Drive a culture of patient-centeredness, ensuring that all products and initiatives are aligned with the company's mission to improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Oncology, Preferably With A Focus On Gastrointestinal Cancers.

  • Extensive Experience In Leading And Managing Clinical Research And Development Projects In The Field Of Gi Oncology.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Current Landscape Of Gi Oncology Treatments, Including Emerging Therapies And Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Commercializing Products Related To Gi Oncology.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers And Key Opinion Leaders In The Field.
