This Educational Background Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Understanding Of Clinical Genomics And Molecular Biology To Contribute To Natera's Research And Development Efforts.
Extensive Experience In Clinical Genomics Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Role, With A Focus On Clinical Genomics. This Experience Should Include A Strong Background In Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technologies And Data Analysis.
Proficient In Various Genomic Data Analysis Tools: A Sr Clinical Genomics Scientist Should Be Proficient In Using Various Bioinformatics Tools And Software For Genomic Data Analysis. This Includes Experience With Variant Calling, Annotation, And Interpretation Tools, As Well As Familiarity With Databases Such As Ncbi, Ensembl, And Clinvar.
