  1. Conduct comprehensive and accurate data abstraction from relevant medical records and documents.
  2. Utilize clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret and abstract data.
  3. Analyze and review clinical data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
