- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the oncology field.
- Create and manage marketing budgets for the region, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
- Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Natera's oncology offerings.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines in marketing and advertising.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members.
- Continuously strive to enhance the patient experience and improve patient outcomes through effective marketing strategies.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Marketing, With At Least 3 Years In Oncology.
Strong Understanding Of The Oncology Market, Including Key Stakeholders, Treatment Landscape, And Competitive Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Strategies And Campaigns For Oncology Products.
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, With Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field; Advanced Degree Preferred.
