Develop and implement efficient and effective testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Conduct both manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure proper functionality of software products.
Write and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks.
Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, and work with developers to resolve them in a timely manner.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing tools and technologies.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high quality and maintainable code.
Document and communicate test results and provide regular updates on testing progress and any potential roadblocks.
Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and training on software testing practices and techniques.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Testing, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Biotech Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Testing Methodologies.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++.
Experience With Automation Tools And Frameworks, Such As Selenium Or Robot Framework.
