Oversee all aspects of the shipping and distribution process for Natera products.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate shipping and distribution logistics.
Maintain inventory levels and track shipments to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any shipping or delivery issues.
Ensure compliance with all shipping and distribution regulations and guidelines.
Continuously monitor and improve shipping processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipping and distribution activities.
Train and supervise shipping team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to procedures.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent shipping delays or errors.
Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Collaborate with customer service team to address any shipping-related customer inquiries or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends related to shipping and distribution.
Comply with all company policies and procedures related to shipping and distribution.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the shipping and distribution team.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Logistics And Shipping: A Successful Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Logistics Or Shipping Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Shipping Regulations And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Domestic And International Shipping Regulations And Procedures, And Be Able To Navigate Various Shipping Platforms And Systems.
Attention To Detail: A Shipping Specialist Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Shipping Documentation And Inventory Tracking.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: Shipping Specialists Are Often Responsible For Coordinating Multiple Shipments And Ensuring They Are Delivered On Time. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: Shipping Specialists Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Carriers, And Other Team Members To Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During The Shipping Process. The Ability To Think Critically And Problem-Solve Is Crucial In This Role.
