  1. Conduct research and experiments using advanced molecular biology and genetics techniques to develop new products and technologies.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations for further research.

  13. Act as a subject matter expert on molecular biology and genetics within the company.
  14. Assist in the preparation of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through active participation in team meetings and strategic planning.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Phd In Molecular Biology, Genetics, Or Related Discipline)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Research And Development Role, Preferably In A Biotechnology Or Medical Device Company

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Research Projects From Conception To Completion

  • Expertise In Developing And Validating Assays And Protocols For Molecular And Genetic Testing

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Obtaining And Maintaining Necessary Certifications (E.g. Clia, Cap)
