Analyze and optimize the company's Salesforce system to support business goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and recommend and implement changes to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and configurations.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks within the Salesforce system, and proactively propose solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize system enhancement requests and ensure timely delivery.
Lead the implementation of new Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of the Salesforce system.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Salesforce system.
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and make recommendations for their application within the company.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
Participate in project planning and execution, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Salesforce system.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Salesforce: A Senior Business System Analyst At Natera Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Functionalities, Customization, And Integration Capabilities.
Business Analysis Skills: This Position Requires Strong Business Analysis Skills, Including The Ability To Gather And Document Business Requirements, Create Functional Specifications, And Conduct User Acceptance Testing.
Project Management Experience: A Senior Business System Analyst At Natera Should Have Experience Managing Projects In The Salesforce Ecosystem. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Managing Timelines And Deliverables, And Communicating With Stakeholders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders Is Crucial For This Role. A Senior Business System Analyst Should Also Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Salesforce Certifications: Natera Requires Its Senior Business System Analysts To Have At Least One Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator Or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. Additional Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Are Considered A Plus.
