Conduct research and experiments to develop new genetic testing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformatics and engineering, to develop and validate novel assays and technologies.
Analyze and interpret data to make evidence-based recommendations for product improvements.
Stay informed on the latest advancements in the field of molecular biology and genetic testing.
Design and execute experiments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Write and review technical documents, including protocols, reports, and product specifications.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes.
Train and mentor junior team members in laboratory techniques and procedures.
Communicate project updates and results to team members and stakeholders.
Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines and resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and results.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

Job Qualifications

A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Genetics.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Product Development, Preferably In The Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Molecular Biology Techniques, Including Dna Sequencing And Pcr.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Methods, With Experience Using Software Such As R Or Sas.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
