  1. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to effectively promote and sell Natera's genetic testing products.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, key players, and competitive landscape.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building with potential customers.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our products.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals by effectively managing time and resources.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure accurate and compliant sales practices.
  10. Represent Natera at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge by actively seeking feedback and participating in training and development opportunities.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  14. Proactively share insights and feedback on customer needs and product improvements with internal teams to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
  15. Collaborate with team members and provide support when needed to ensure overall team success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Sales, Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Techniques, Including Prospecting, Lead Generation, And Closing Deals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.
