- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support the learning and development of revenue cycle management staff.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and changes in billing and coding regulations to continuously improve training programs and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to address any knowledge or skill gaps.

Strong Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Revenue Cycle Processes, Including Billing, Coding, Reimbursement, And Collections. They Should Have Experience Working With Various Insurance Payers And Be Familiar With Industry Regulations And Best Practices.
Training And Facilitation Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Training And Facilitation Skills To Effectively Teach Revenue Cycle Processes To Employees At Different Levels.
